I love owls….And Owls’ Adventures would be an awesome kids book…

…But am the only one who thinks he looks a bit sinister?

I actually like “Where Water Snakes Come From” … I’ve always felt that when you play something on an instrument, you aren’t just playing the sheet music – if you’re truly passionate about what you are doing, you make it own and create something wonderful in the process. Even if you aren’t a “professional”. That doesn’t matter. The sincerity of it will come out in the playing, and personally, I think that the water snakes idea captures it perfectly.

I can totally understand wanting to create things for children- the most important goal I’ve set for myself is to become an illustrator for children’s books. It would be awesome to write books about all the weird and awesome things in the world, so kids have something to read that’s not all about morals.

If you make clothes for children, be sure to make them in adult sizes too, I for one would love some of your characters on my t-shirts.

There is a place here in Ann Arbor called the Hands On museum which is a lot more science-y than art-y; however you could totally run a gallery like that.

Tonight’s HGTV’s Worlds Most Extreme Homes included a segment on Bill Lishman’s home. An energy efficient underground home in Ontario consisting of seven inter-connected domes. Quite an interesting home on 100 acres.
